Terms & Conditions.

1. SERVICE ORDERS

  • Architect Plus Interiors accepts design and consultancy service orders under the following terms:

    • All agreements pertain exclusively to the provision of architectural or interior design services. No guarantees of editorial exposure or third-party promotion are included unless explicitly stated in writing.

    • By signing a service order referencing these Terms of Sale, clients agree that these terms supersede any other contractual clauses, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing.

    • Acceptance of all service orders is at the sole discretion of Architect Plus Interiors.

    • Invoices are issued at project milestone completions, and payment is due within 30 days of invoicing, unless alternate terms are specified and agreed.

    • Project timelines and deliverables depend on the timely provision of approved plans, design inputs, and client decisions. Delays caused by the client may affect project schedules and billing.

    • Cancellation of services must be submitted via email to brandsaccord@gmail.com at least 30 days before project initiation. Late cancellations may be subject to full or partial billing.

    • Architect Plus Interiors retains the right to decline projects that conflict with its design standards, ethics, or availability.


2. CONSULTATION & DESIGN WORK

  • Consultation bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as agreed.

  • All fees for consultations are non-refundable unless cancelled within 48 hours of booking.

  • Clients must provide accurate project briefs and relevant documents. Failure to do so may delay services.

  • Intellectual property rights for all concepts, layouts, and designs remain with Architect Plus Interiors unless transferred under a separate agreement.

  • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or project-specific use of provided designs.


3. PROJECT CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancellations related to ongoing or planned design projects must be emailed to brandsaccord@gmail.com:

    • Cancellations received 30 days prior to the project commencement date are eligible for a full refund (excluding consultation fees).

    • Cancellations between 30 and 15 days may receive a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations within 15 days of start date are non-refundable.

    • In the case of advance payments for premium service tiers (e.g., turnkey interior solutions), full refunds will not apply due to resource allocation and third-party vendor commitments.


4. EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS

  • Architect Plus Interiors occasionally hosts industry workshops, exhibitions, or client engagement events:

    • Event fees must be paid in full upon registration.

    • Architect Plus Interiors may decline event participation at its discretion. If declined, a full refund will be issued.

    • Event programs, topics, and speakers are subject to change. Venue changes within a reasonable radius may occur without penalty.

    • Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event to receive a full refund. Partial refunds apply between 30–15 days; no refunds are provided within 15 days of the event.

    • The firm’s liability is limited to the value of the event fee.


5. SHOWROOM EXHIBITS AND BOOTH BOOKINGS

  • Architect Plus Interiors provides space at its showroom or events for curated product and brand displays:

    • Bookings require 50% advance payment, with the balance due no later than 30 days prior to the exhibition.

    • Positioning of space is at the sole discretion of Architect Plus Interiors, unless a specific location is pre-approved in writing.

    • Information (logos, display graphics, etc.) must be received at least 60 days in advance.

    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 90 days prior to the event. Late cancellations are non-refundable.


6. COLLABORATIONS & SPONSORSHIPS

  • Sponsorship agreements or brand collaborations with Architect Plus Interiors are governed by the following:

    • 50% payment is required upon signing, with the balance due 90 days before the event or collaboration launch.

    • Architect Plus Interiors reserves the right to control the structure and execution of sponsored initiatives.

    • Editorial or media mentions are not guaranteed as part of any sponsorship unless specified in the contract.

    • All media, photos, or designs created remain the intellectual property of Architect Plus Interiors, unless otherwise licensed.

    • Sponsors must provide approved content and assets 60 days prior to activation.


7. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

  • All personal and business data provided to Architect Plus Interiors is treated confidentially.

  • We collect only necessary data to process service orders, project work, event participation, or collaborations.

  • Client data will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent, except where legally required or essential to service delivery.

  • Clients may request data access or deletion in accordance with applicable privacy laws.


8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  • These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

  • Any disputes arising will first be referred to senior management of both parties for amicable resolution.

  • If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Dehradun.


9. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

  • Architect Plus Interiors’ liability is limited to the invoiced value of the particular service or product.

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold Architect Plus Interiors, its affiliates, and agents harmless from any third-party claims arising from the client’s actions, venue arrangements, contractor hires, or misuse of intellectual property.
